From the manufacturer: about this item: stream your music wireless, control using car stereo and steering wheel controls. I purchased this new from Grom via in 2022. I installed it in my 2003 Lexus Rx 300 and had issues, but the engine died so don't have any use for this now. Non-Camacho stereo only non-Camacho only.

In hands free mode: accept reject phone calls, voice dial. Connects in the glove box at CD changer location. Make and receive hands free calls using bluetooth. Grom-bt3 module has two extension ports that can be used for aux-in, with optional cable c-35usb is sold separately.

Installation was easy and while I did run the mic to a mount point, only ended up using it once test. Selling my used Grom-bt3 TOYFB3 module. Feel free to message with any questions/concerns. Some scuffing on the label either from install or perhaps rubbing in spot I installed it behind dash.
